Job Description

Job Responsibilities • Manage a team of 4 -5 property consultant • Negotiate with clients on behalf of the team your managing • Attend meeting and closing deals with your team • Manage day to day activities of their team such as a) Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions. b) Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations. c) Analysing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas. d) Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns. e) Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale. f) Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell. g) Communicating with legal counsel to prepare sale and lease documents. Requirements • Proven track of successful sales record in the Dubai Real estate of at least 3 years • Ability to work and manage a team combined with excellent interpersonal skills • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills • RERA certified for the sales and leasing team is mandatory Benefits 1.
