Job Description

Job Profile: • Ensure all assigned revenue sales targets and distribution objectives are achieved to ensure optimal business efficiency. • Manage the sales force & monitor their performance providing guidance, assistance and motivation to increase effectiveness. • Improving route or territory productivity by reducing or monitoring expiry returns, discounts or related trade expenses as per company guidelines. • Ensure sales team continuously communicates all stock issues, pricing fluctuations, & analyze competitor activities. • Ensure that the sales force are properly equipped, coached and motivated to ensure objectives are achieved. • Conduct regular market visits, OJT with all sales personnel to assist them in managing customer issues, improving performance and providing guidance and training. • All Credit outstanding are collected in due time. • Ensure sales team to follow route plan so as to maximize sales, productivity. • Good analytical skills, understanding retailers / consumer buying trends and seasonal sales trends. Qualification: 1. Candidates must be graduate or post graduate. 2. Must have minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions & operations in FMCG industry. 3. Must have good interpersonal communication skills. 4. Working knowledge on MS packages (Excel, PP & Word). 5. Preference will be given to those has fresh food or ultra-fresh food experience. 6. Able to work under pressure. 7. Deep insight on MT, TT channels and good trade contacts across Dubai, Shj & Ajman. 8. Valid UAE - driving license
