Job Description Job Responsibilities 1. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales teams. 2. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. 3. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. 4. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. 5. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. 6. Managing team with performers in the team to achieve highest business for the company. Requirements Proven track of successful sales record in the Dubai Real estate of at least 3 years Ability to work and manage a team combined with excellent interpersonal skills Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Benefits Basic salary + competitive incentive structure.
