Sales Executive

Job Description SALES EXECUTIVE Description We are looking for self-driven International Marketing/Sales Executive from Egro chemical industry to join our team The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in similar profile. He/she must be preferably from the egro-chemicals Industry or someone with an understanding of an MNC setting. – Develop Marketing & Sales strategy territory-wise. – Meeting Sales Targets & taking ownership of the overall Sales process from addressing inquiries to conversions to final shipment and lastly receipt of final payment. – Preparing & monitoring Sales Forecast (Annual, Bi-annual, Quarterly and Monthly) – Ensure regular and relevant communication is made with potential and existing stakeholders. – Daily follow-ups with overseas distributors for negotiation, order finalization and other paperwork. – Actively managing the expansion of products in new market segments to built new database. – Formulating & implementing product positioning strategies to enhance market visibility. – Doing thorough Competitive Analysis and Market Research (Pricing, Marketing Techniques & Sales) – Collecting & analyzing data on customer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits and accordingly preparing detailed reports on the findings along with an action plan. – Monitoring industry statistics and being up-to-date with the changing trends in trade literature. – Participate in promotional activities or collaborate with brands for more visibility and presence. – Must have a Can-do attitude – Must be good with numbers – Must have excellent communication and people management skills – Must be goal -oriented and must posses Leadership qualities – Must be willing to Travel – Must have a ‘Can-Do’ Attitude Job Type: Full Time Experience: 3-5 Years (min) Education: MBA in Marketing/Sales Industry: Agro-chemicals Industry (preferred) Location: Dubai License: Driver’s License (preferred) Language: English (must) *Salary to the right candidate will not be an issue.
