JOB PURPOSE

To execute a Territory Trade Distribution Plan / Sales which meets brand, volume and target objective for the targeted outlets and Ensure that the territory distribution objectives of company brand are achieved

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Sales related

• Visit the HORECA as per the route plan

• Visit all government related as per the route plan

• Maintain stock availability.

• Responsible for covering the dedicated areas

• Execution of promotional activities as per the monthly plan

• Collection of payment from customers as per the agreed credit limit

• Gathering cooperative information and informing their direct superior

• Expanding distribution by finding new outlets

• Implement proper price to the market.

• Follow up on orders and maintain delivery on time to reach targets.

• Manage the collection of payment as per the norms set by the company.

• Establish and develop an effective working relationship with our business partner, trade and internally.

• Establish close working relationships with the trade in order to gain high levels of trade support and loyalty whilst enhancing understanding of the trading environment.

• Provide market information and reports on performance and accounts to ensure that the management are fully informed at all times.

Skills

• 5 years’ experience

• Good communication organizational skills

• Achievement Orientation and commercial focus

• Good knowledge & understanding of the local market
