International Marketing & Sales Executive

Job Description We are EXPANDING! And we are looking for self-driven International Marketing/Sales Executive to join our force. Experience Required: 3-4 years in sales of Pesticides with good communication skill. Roles & Responsibilities: – Develop business plan & strategy for multiple product line markets that ensure attainment of company international sales goals and profitability. – Must work to develop and maintain international business contacts. – Creating initiatives, designing events, planning of merchandising and execution of these marketing events for increasing sales drive. – Formulating & implementing product positioning strategies to enhance market visibility – Doing thorough Competitive Analysis and Market Research (Pricing, Marketing Techniques & Sales) – Collecting & analyzing data on customer demographics, preferences, and needs and buying habits. – Preparing detailed reports on the research done with findings along with an action plan. – Building brand presence- online and offline for lead generation. – Identifying and developing marketing strategies using social media, brand website, email marketing, ATL, BTL etc and evaluating them on timely basis – Monitoring industry statistics and being up-to-date with the changing trends in trade literature. – Measuring the effectiveness of the marketing activation done using different channels/mediums and defining what works better. – Using Sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the profitability of the products. – Participate in promotional activities or collaborate with brands for more visibility and presence.
