Job Description A leading Facility Management company is looking to hire BDM Job Location – Dubai : Manage the team for all business development activities related to current and new clients. Generating leads by the means of network, client visits, cold calls, attending exhibitions and seeking references from existing clients. Oversee the new proposals and submission to clients, and report to the Director on any updates or quality issues. Identify new opportunities and new clients including, where appropriate, identifying potential business partnership beneficial to the company. Develop strategic plans, sales strategies, develop maintenance packages to the client and undertake presentations to prospective customers. Research and Understanding the sector-specific needs of client and cater to their labor requirement. Prepare monthly business reports as assigned Update the team on the latest market trends and related country laws and ensure zero violation. Achieving weekly, monthly and quietly sales targets and new client. Prepare business proposals, conduct researches, and participate in feasibility studies. Follow up pending payments and maintain high standards of confidentiality. Attending and participating in networking events, exhibitions etc
