Job Description Summary: The person is responsible for creating & nurturing corporate relationships with developers & other companies in UAE & help in property manangement. Oversee the sales process at each stage starting from onboarding of new projects, negotiations, renting and property management Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of onboarded projects. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help develop the brand. Investigate and troubleshoot issues with the developers & clients Partner with the marketing and advertising units heads to work out strategies and plans for developing the business vertical Requirements – Females candidates are preferred Excellent in Verbal communication, presentation and mediating skills Should be smart, confident, Enthusiastic, Self-motivated MBA would be preferred 5 – 8 years of experience into corporate business development Ability to work independently and without supervision AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 • B2B: 4
