Product Consultant

Job Description Responsibilities * Lead/Take partin the functional analysis during the Analysis & Design phase of projects * Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to new and existing clients * Provide leadership within the design discussion and influence clients inline with the Fenergo product and future strategy *Document the client requirements via the Fenergo functional documents and artifacts * Manage the documentation review and approval process with the client * Takeownership of the functional solution and associated artifacts * Build and maintain strong working relationships with the project and client teams * Provide guidance and support to more junior team members * Prepare and deliver training sessions to the client’s business users Skills Must have * 2-3 Years of solid experience as Product Consultant / Business Analyst in the area of Client Onboarding, KYC, Client Lifecycle Management, Regulatory Reporting for Banking and Capital Markets industry *Experience with Fenergo implementation Proactive in seeking out internal and external material to improve product knowledge * Comfortable using the product as a guide to discuss requirements and solutions with the client *Perform demonstrations on the Fenergo Product *Excellent written and oral communication skills *Excellent presentation skills and comfortable giving demos * Proficient in offering design solutions *Excellent documentation skills * Good leadership skills in order to elicit and prioritise requirements and co-ordinate project stakeholders
