Duration : Fulltime Company has implemented the SAP S/4 HANA and SAP MDG solution for the HQ and has launched a major one ERP program to implement SAP S/4 HANA & MDG across all its group companies Company seeks consultants for Post go-live support who can perform the following activities : To provide rapid delivery of application support to ensure smooth operations on the ERP with reliable solutions at a quick turnaround time. Provide hypercare support for one-ERP go-live To identify the root causes of issues by analyzing patterns and trend Ensure business transition from Legacy to SAP ERP systems is as smooth as possible through maximum utilization, problem resolution and effective communication Hand-hold users during hypercare and answer all how-to questions. Analyze issues reported by users and triage to respective support teams for solution Conduct Floorwalks and support users to use the system and assist them Reiterate on-going support resources and training opportunities. Communicate findings, issues, and user feedback to project leads and stakeholder(s). Add value to the implementation of SAP by enabling users to optimize usage of the system by offering business expertise, knowledge and advice. To perform process improvement and gap analysis on current implementation and effect positive changes to the business processes. Enable business users to grow their capability in the organization by providing knowledge transfer, documentation and training. Ensure that SAP Best Practices are adhered to and followed at Company Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change. Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure. Roles & Responsibilities Candidate should possess good knowledge of MDG and integrated - Material Master Business Partner - Vendor & Customer GL Account Chart of accounts Cost Element / hierarchy Cost Center / hierarchy Profit Center / hierarchy Candidate should possess good knowledge in all the areas of Ariba - MDG Financials MDG Materials MDG Supplier / Customers SAP DMS integration with MDG BRF workflows MDG reports Candidate should possess knowledge & experience in MDG related business process relevant integration with SAP HANA system. The consultant should be an expert in requirement gathering, gap analysis, business process mapping, blueprinting, functional specifications preparation, training manuals and configuration related documentation, configuration, testing, training and support. The consultant should also possess SAP ABAP debugging skills, and should have good experience in supporting production issues (both L1 and L2) in SAP - Procurement. He should possess experience on working on RICEFW and enhancements. The consultant should be efficient in testing the changes in both development and quality environment before moving the changes to the Production Environment. Desired Skills and Experience Minimum of 8 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
