Temporary Accountant (TO-CB72A)

The ability to carry out accounting functions and be able to assist the Finance Manager within the finance department in all site production, flow, time-keeping, accounting and work administration within the Product Distribution Center. Particular emphasis should be on an accurate, and timely response to all invoicing, billing and accounting factors. Should have an understanding of administration within ISO practises. Ensure all actions, maintenance or production, are completed in accordance with Managers, Customers or Manufacturers instructions. Work confidentiality with sensitive information. 1/ Accounts Payables and Invoicing including reconciliation and follow up, data entries according to the ageing analysis 2/ Invoicing and Cost booking, checking and closing. 3/ Reconciliation FAPS Invoices and Manual invoices vs CODA. 4/ Reconciliation of Accounts Receivables and Payables statements 5/ Ensuring smooth functioning of month end process. 6/ Perform other duties as directed by Manager. Minimum Qualifications Good English communication skills including, reading, writing and speech. An Accounts related certificate, B Com or M Com Have good use of excel, word and powerpoint. (MS) Ability to formulate and develop complex spreadsheets. (Desirable) Be able to provide proof of previous employment with good conduct. Satisfactory school or college certificates with acceptable grades Contract length: 3 months
