Payables Accountant (females Preferred)

Job Description Booking Sales, Service, Claim &Purchase invoices, funding requests and inter company and intra account transfers – Invoice raising and logging – Preparing supporting information – Checking invoices and payment details are correct and the invoice is approved for payment – Obtaining approval from Finance Controller and Manager Payments & Receipts -Responsible for business unit payables -Responsible for all initial accounting entries related to all business unit payables – Supporting the business in ensuring timely settlement of payables -Preparing payment vouchers and gathering all supporting information for invoice payment – Obtaining necessary payment approvals from Finance Controller / Manager – Daily update and circulation of the bank report and daily bank movement files Bank Reconciliation -Preparing daily bank reconciliations for all bank accounts – Getting approval from Finance Controller / Manager Other Roles – Communicating with suppliers and customers – Communicating with Aissot Departments
