Job Description Leads cross-functional agile team, overseeingend-to-end customer journey redesign solution delivery and detailing implementation plans based on product owner requirements Drives all phases of journey redesign: prepare, ideate, design and build & test Ensures on-schedule and within-budget completion of product backlog Understands and supports inter-team/inter-journey dependencies and escalates issues when necessary Represents the customer journey redesign project throughout FAB, conducting presentations/ updates with all business stakeholders Ensures user stories are clear to the scrum team, clarifying with the product owner when needed Develops sprint backlog based on product backlog requirements and task prioritization, incorporating input from working teams, clearly outlining the scope to be covered in each sprint Performs tasks critical to the project such as stakeholder management, risk analysis, resource and milestone planning Leads efforts to reach consensus on decisions, escalating when needed Manages interfaces with other projects and proactively coordinates between teams Heads the agile teams daily standups Supports the Factory production manager in orchestrating all customer journey redesign“ production” activities, clearly clarifying requirements, removing roadblocks and recommending workarounds as required
