Job Description  Build & publish the dashboard andMI reports to the stakeholders on the key performance objectives ina timely, reliable and simple manner  Support Businesswith strategic data analytics projects, deep dives, simulation,etc. to deliver Insights to business leaders  Digitize& Automate the MI reports, data capture, workflows etc.,through competent BI Solutions to have efficiency gains Manage computation of key performance indicators and processincentive pay out for business units  WorkforceManagement and Dialer Management for Multi-Channel Operations(Front and Back Office) 2. Job Purpose (Why does thejob exist? What is the unique contribution made by the jobholder?)  Own the routing logic design andprioritization rules setup for the WFM/iWD Non Voice Project  Identify initiatives and process gaps as a thought partnerto Operation leaders to support them in meeting their businessobjectives in line with the vision of the organization Work in collaboration with other BI teams in designing andimplementing accurate and timely reports  Proactivelystrive to continuously self-develop necessary knowledge &skills to perform the job role  Maintain basic workhygiene to ensure well-organized delivery of tasksassigned
