Job Description

Minimum Qualification UniversityGraduate / Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 years related workexperience) Minimum Experience  5 + yearsrelated experience in security services and / or back officeoperations eg managing corporate actions / securitiessettlements  Solid understanding of security servicesand operations and accounting activity related to securityservices  Ability to work under pressure, toprioritise and to manage several tasks at the same time Team oriented and ability to work under pressure Ability to achieve business objectives without compromisingcontrols and risk parameters established  Strongexecution skills in a multi-tasking mode and follow-upeffectively  Self-starter with excellent attitude,communication and interpersonal skills  High level ofaccuracy & attention to detail and excellent team workingskills  Excellent communication skills, both verbaland written (report writing, presentation and facilitation skills).Fluent in both English & Arabic languages. Specific experience in Securities related functions eg ClientServices, Corporate Actions, Settlement, Data Maintenance &Billing or Custody Account Opening will be an addedadvantage
