Job Description Our semi govt client is seeking a UAE national (only) who will be experienced within Operational HR and/or Talent Acquisition. Responsibilities The incumbent will be responsible for: • Providing relevant, up to date advice to business stakeholders and employees • Talent acquisition and management • Onboarding international talent • Offer support and mentorship to less experienced team members Requirements To be shortlisted, you will need to meet the following requirements: • Relevant HR qualifications such as CIPD or equivalent • Prior extensive experience within HR in an operational capacity • Keeness to work in a fast-paced HR department The role is only open to UAE nationals as per the govt requirements.
