Job Description Support Lead (Services Department), Location Hyderabad Experience : 4 – 6 Years Monitor incoming requests via support portal, emails and calls and open cases to ensure accurate and timely responses to stakeholders Recording and prioritization of issues and timeliness of closing cases Provide timely updates to the customers and resolution Must have the technical aptitude to learn new software products and customers business practices.Must have worked on ETL/data warehouse projects.. General troubleshooting/resolution skills in ETL and SQL Queries issues. Strong exposure with SQL Query Language and Unix shall script. Ability to understand and explain technical and non-technical concepts. Experience in conducting root-cause analysis. Must have managed multiple teams in different geographic locations. Exposure to industry standard Process framework, models and standards. Required skills
