Senior Data Scientist (Emirati Only)

Job Role: Senior Data Scientist (Emirati Only) Strategic Contribute to the development of the IT strategic objectives and plan by compiling inputs and feedback Contribute to the implementation of the operational plan for the Division in line with the overall support services strategy Assist in the periodic review of existing IT policies and procedures to achieve operational efficiency Operational Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions Conduct analysis on structured and unstructured data to drive optimization and improvement of product development, operation techniques and business strategies Conduct assessment as to the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences and costs Coordinate with different functional teams to implement and monitor KPIs and dashboards Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies Support team members and colleagues to adopt changes and comply with any changes in policy and procedure Participate in implementing the policies and procedures applicable to the section Work closely with the team to gather of data to support the preparation of reports periodically and as requested Report any operational risks and roadblocks to the achievement of section objectives and targets Implement frameworks, processes and requirements enforced by Abu Dhabi government
