Job Description • Ability to create the project plan using Microsoft project plan • Work with the team members to set the milestones on the project and ensure there is no overlap • Follow up on weekly basis on the progress and highlight the risk/issues to the management • Prepare project/status materials like power points to be presented to the weekly meetings or on adhoc basis • Follow up with different project stakeholder to the open activities/tasks. • Manage the Unit Budget and report on monthly basis • Manage project team members in boarding • Keep a track of teams assets and tagging details •Keep a track of all the RFP and procurement related activities • Ensure respective project managers send weekly update to their respective stakeholders • Highlight risk and challenges across the units • Should be highly proactive and enthusiastic • Must have experience in working and managing large teams as a administrator •Excellent written and communication skills are required
