Job Description SPA MANAGER: DUBAI Our Client- a Luxury Collection Hotel in Dubai is looking for a Spa Manager. Responsible for full spa strategic business plan. Help to increase the revenue of the Spa. Responsible for Training and supporting all the therapists working at the spa. Assist in building the team for spa (interviewing and recruitment). Structuring the commission scheme for the therapists. To develop the daily operational plans and schedule for all spa therapists.
