Project Manager-Tools Implementation

vJob Description • Strong hands-on experience in project managing Tools implementation projects such as Enterprise Monitoring tools, Disaster Recovery automation, IT Service Management, Automation & Reporting Toolsets etc. • Understanding the purpose and objectives of the project • Gather Project requirements incoordination with various stakeholders •Ensure various phases of the project are planned and agreed– Requirements, Design, Build, Test, Deploy and Handover. • Ensure project delivery within time, cost, and quality constraints •Reporting progress against plan • Producing the deliverables/products to agreed specifications • Trace key project deliverables/products. • Coordinate with various Infrastructure teams and ensure on time project delivery • Identifying and actively managing issues and risks associated with the project • Ensure successful and effective communication • Coordinate with various vendors for hardware delivery and installation • Ensure Vendor deliveries are on time KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS EXPERIENCE: Knowledge& Experience: • Good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, with minimum of 15 years of experience in Project Management. • Strong understanding of Toolset implementation project. This is a mandatory requirement and candidates without this experience will not be considered. • Proficient in MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vision and Project) • Good experience of working in matrix organization Skills: • Strong technical knowledge on Tools and automation concepts •Excellent communication (verbal & written) and documentation skills • Strong reporting and communication skills. • Certifications such as PMP would be an added advantage
