Project Manager – Information Security

Job Description • Very strong background and extensive experience of implementing Information Security Toolset and processes • Experience of managing projects for implementing Application Security Testing Toolset,Vulnerability scanning, reporting and patching, Identity and Access Management, PAM etc. The above 2 requirements are mandatory. Candidates without this experience need not apply as they will not be considered. • Understanding the purpose and objectives of the program •Gather detailed requirements in coordination with various stakeholders • Ability to plan effectively to detailed task level • Adopting to accelerated delivery using agile methodologies, where feasible.• Ensure project delivery within time, cost, and quality constraints • Very strong reporting skills • Producing the deliverables/products to agreed specifications • Track key project deliverables/products. • Coordinate with various Technology teams and ensure on time project delivery • Identifying and actively managing issues and risks associated with the project • Ensure successful and effective communication •Coordinate with various vendors for hardware delivery and installation • Ensure Vendor deliveries are on time • Banking experience mandatory KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Knowledge & Experience: • Good understanding of Information Security technologies, with 15 + years of experience in Project and Program Management. • Strong experience of managing Information Security Toolset implementation projects. . •Proficient in MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vision and Project) • Good experience of working in matrix organization Skills: • Strong technical knowledge on Information Security concepts • Excellent communication (verbal& written) and documentation skills •Strong reporting and communication skills. •Certifications such as PMP would be an added advantage
