Job Description Role: Oracle DBA Relevant Experience: 5-10 years in Oracle Qualification: Bachelors / Masters / Equivalent Key Skills Required: • Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written) • Good documentation skills • Installation of Oracle Software/Database Pre-requisites. Oracle Database Basic Administration and Latest Features. • Maintain instance parameters and system settings • Migrating databases using various tools such as SQL*Loader, Import/Export and Data pump. • Applying and Testing security patches to the databases. Managing User Accounts. • Experience in cloning using cold backup, hot-backup and RMAN backup. • Good knowledge of 10g/11g features as Data Pump, ASM and Flash back recovery. • Experience in basic Performance Tuning and Monitoring using various tools such as AWR, TKPROF and Explain Plan. • Database Resource Management and Task Scheduling. • Scheduling Database Backups, taking Logical Backups & Physical Backups. Implementing Database • Security Policy. Experience with Database Migration, Installation, Upgrades and Patching • Experience in PL/SQL and worked on ER Diagrams. • OCA(Essential),OCP(Desired
