Job Description Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Drafting of legal documents, including but not limited to; power of attorney, board resolution, various corporate documents as required. • Handling documentation and dealing with authorities such as DMCC, Hamriya, RAK Free Zone, etc. for company incorporation, de-registration, license renewal and all other related tasks. • Proofread, review, and edit agreements, contracts, and corporate documents. • Responsible for safe keeping of original legal documents, maintaining the database and initiating timely renewals of all legal documents. • Conduct legal research for various laws, legislations, decrees, Ministerial resolutions, and any other material as required. • Organize legalization and attestation of corporate documents at required levels. • Conduct conflict checks, open new files and close files, due diligence, KYC, and AML. • Comply with all required policies and procedures at all levels. Desired Candidate Profile: • Qualified legal professional with a minimum 3 years of para legal experience. • Strong communication and skillful writer. • Must know how to read and write Arabic. • Experience in working with the Dubai authorities would be an added advantage.
