Job Title: Client Relations Executive

Job Purpose:
The Client Relations Executive is responsible for enhancing and managing existing customers renewal experience.
Increase the company revenue by up-selling various products by displaying excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Renewal Sales:
    • Proactively manage clients’ journey through renewal process
    • Maintain ongoing relationship with clients through quality contact and addressing problems as they arise
    • Display a high degree of sales and negotiation skill whilst delivering exceptional customer service
    • Prepare and counter-check list of companies in the pipeline for the current month and 2 months ahead
    • Draft and send personalised renewal communications in advance of renewal date
    • Follow up on payments on all unrenewed/AWOL clients
    • Prepare invoices and send to clients
    • Coordinate payment pickup, accept payment and prepare paid receipts; coordinate with Accounts Team on the endorsement of payment
    • Meet clients for any check replacement
    • Maintain accurate customer contact records within Zoho CRM – Website, social media page, number of visas in the company, business activity, issues that have arisen.
    • Request renewal processing and provides information to Account Managers.
    • Follow up on payments for e-channel registration
    • Revisit clients who have not renewed and call/email reminder
    • Take advantage of up-selling opportunities
    • Develop customer loyalty at all times through exceptional customer service and rewarding long standing customers with benefits.
Achieving Targets (Individual/Group/Team) – Generate at least 75% renewal conversion and generate high GP.
Customer Support and Client Interaction:
    • Liaises with clients on any concerns
    • Coordinate with the Account Management Team in the fulfilment of the client’s request
    • Meet clients at any given time
    • Answers phone calls and all other type of communication such as SMS, WhatsApp, etc.
    • Coordinates with all departments to ensure that client satisfaction is maximised.
Job Requirements:
    • A university graduate from recognized university.
    • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience inclusive.
    • Proven experience as a client relations executive/manager
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding expectations
    • Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
    • Proficient in MS office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (ZOHO, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics..etc)
    • A customer-oriented attitude
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Problem-solving aptitude
    • Have excellent knowledge of Business Set-Up (Mainland & DED).
    • Working with visa, trade license & DED
    • Good understanding of sales and customer service in Business Set-Up Industry.
    • Quality standards and quality assurance policy and procedure.
    • Have excellent knowledge of Business Set-Up (Mainland & DED).
    • Good understanding of sales and customer service in Business Set-Up Industry.
    • Working with visa, trade license & DED
    • Quality standards and quality assurance policy and procedure.
    • Native Arab candidates possessing excellent communication skills in English.
Salary: AED 9,000 – 10,000
