ITSM Automation Tester

Job Description ITSM Automation Tester: (No of Openings -1) • ServiceNow/BMC Automated Test Framework SME and have strong exposure to Agile methodology • Responsible for developing high quality automation code for modules like CHANGE, INCIDENT Management etc. using ServiceNow/BMC ATF (Automated Test Framework) tool. • Understand technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow/BMC and convert to test artifacts. • Create and manage the automation scripts and understand the workflows. • Experience in Agile methodologies • A fundamental understanding of ITSM/ITIL concepts • Strong communication skills required and should be a good team player. • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stake holders and other team members. •Experience in JIRA and also good understanding in Bug life cycle process.
