Job Description IT Application Operations Manager Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Requirements: • Candidate should have strong experience in building & managing IT Operations & Service Management (Service Operations, Service Transition and Continuous Service Improvement) • Should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience working in application development and Operations domain • Should have knowledge in Digital and Mobile Operations • Should have knowledge in DevOps / CD-CI and App development • Should have experience in senior stakeholder and vendor management (SLA’s, contracts) • Should have led mid-size teams • Should possess good communication skills and work on Ops strategy building and laying the roadmap for future improvement initiatives • Should possess a great attitude, good listening and open for feedback • Should possess good troubleshooting and problem solving skills • Preferred to have worked on managing Loyalty application related operations for mid-size to large organizations • Preferred to have ITIL certification Interested candidates can submit your updated CV
