Job Description
Job Description Seeking an experienced expert who will be analytical in their approach and will be proactive in development and implementation of compensation and benefits. The selected candidate will be expected to • Work with other HR Divisions to implement comprehensive compensation systems including placement, salary determination and progression. • Organise and undertake customized surveys, as required, to benchmark compensation packages and programs with relevant market • Monitor and prepare reports on salary and benefits surveys • Develops policy on all aspects of C&B • Devises and presents suitable models of C&B • Review and follow up with departments Essential • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resources or Certified HR professional certificate in Compensation and Benefits or equivalent • Master’s Degree in HR, MBA or equivalent Executive Program from International academic institution. • Consistent expertise in Comps and benefits within the UAE • Strong communication skills both verbally and in written English and Arabic languages.
