PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Recruitment and Staffing • Liaising with the Talent Acquisition Lead to ensure smooth hire process, producing the Job offer and contract • Creates job requisition for internal and external vacancies within Gulf and Lebanon and also for potential vacancies communicated to us within the Middle East cluster Coordinate with candidates for successful on-boarding procedures • Coordinates with hiring manager and TA on hiring requirements. HR Operations • First point of contact for HR related matters Ensuring that all core processes and day-to-day activities are developed and delivered to execution level • Consistently manage the HRIS System (Adrenalin and Workday), by tracking leave, system maintenance and update to ensure accurate data • Monitor leave management system and perform necessary changes and updates on regular basis Responsible for preparing the required document for DWTC sponsorship and immigration requirement (employment visas) through the local company representative that liaises with DWTC Government Services .• Facilitating all human resources and talent management, attraction and retention issues to achieve companywide objectives • Maintain and updated Employee files to ensure complete set of documentations Employee Relations • Responsible for all HR documentations (Salary certificates, NOC, and other governmental requirements) • Assist in developing and implementing coordinated strategies, policies, plans and procedures• Management of exit process and closure of full and final settlement for all exit cases • Managing transfer out and transfer in cases both in terms of system updates as well as manual documentation • Provide business partner support with employees and line managers within the Gulf and Lebanon • Ensure strict adherence to local and regional labor laws as well as internal regulations. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Education• Degree holder in any discipline from a renowned university Relevant Experiences • 3 – 5 years of HR experience with excellent data management, excel, analytical skills .• Data management/analytical /HRIS background is a definite asset • Excellent MS Office (specifically Excel) skills Skills & Personal Characteristics• Goal oriented, focused, energetic, and enthusiastic• Team-player Locations Dubai, UAE Worker Type Employee Worker Sub-Type Regular Time Type Full time More Information Experience Level Senior Total Years Experience 5 Minimum Education Masters Gender Any Gender Other Requirement Arabic Speaking
