Job Description We are looking for a HR Assistant to undertake a variety of tasks relating to Human Resources & Administration, administering compensation and benefit plans in addition to talent acquisition and support to employees in various HR-related topics among various others. The role also involves performance management and labor regulations. Other Responsibilities as stated before: Payroll entries and finalizationAssist in recruitment processesLeave assessment, approval and compensationAssist in development and implementation of human resource policiesOrganize quarterly and annual employee performance reviewsMaintain employee files and records in electronic and paper formAssistance with Visa, Ticketing, Staff Accommodation and other employee grievance from time to timeEnhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activitiesEnsure compliance with labor regulations and liaising when requiredRequirementsProficient in SAP for day to day activitiesProven experience as an HR Generalist for at least 6 to 8 yearsUnderstanding of General Human Resources policies and proceduresGood knowledge of employment/labor lawsKnowledge of MS Office,HRIS systems, etc.Excellent communication and people skillsAptitude in problem-solvingDesire to work as a team with a results driven approachAny Graduate/Post Graduate DisciplineAdditional HR training will be a plus Apply for this job More Information Experience Level Senior Total Years Experience 6 Minimum Education Masters Gender Any Gender Other Requirement Driving License, Ready to Travel, Arabic Speaking Only candidates can apply for this job.
