We cover a wide range of industry segments like Healthcare, Logistics, Security Services, Construction, Banking, Hospitality and more. The company is now seeking to hire experienced RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS who would like to work on Freelance basis. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Source and identify suitable candidates for jobs as required by the clients based on the requirements provided by the clients. Work on monthly targets based on recruitment fees and provide suitable talent based on client needs as per deadlines provided. Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work. Receive and review applications, conduct interviews and tests and create a shortlist of candidates for the clients. Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
