Electrical Foreman

Electrical Foreman Qualification: Diploma in Electrical or Equivalent
Experience: Should have minimum 4 to 8 years experience in the construction industry (Gulf Experience preferred)Should have the ability to read and understand the electrical drawings.
Should have the ability to read and understand the civil drawings i.e. architectural & structural drawings.
Should have the ability to clear all the concerns on the drawings and highlight any doubts with the supervisor.
Should take out quantities for the materials from the approved shop drawings by cross-checking with other related coordination drawings.
Explaining electricians the scope of work and assigning daily tasks to them as per the planned program.
Can able to control a minimum of 20 no. of electricians & helpers.
He should periodically check the work progress of each electrician and ensure productivity and quality are achieved in the best possible manner.
He should ensure electricians following all DEWA codes for installation.
Interaction with other contractors of different trades for smooth flow of work.
Identifying problems and resolving them at the earliest.
Monitoring electrician’s attendance and evaluating their progress as per their performance at site.
Ability to train the new members with specific tasks.
Updating the daily plan program and achievement to the supervisor.
He must be smart enough to understand the overall activities going on and update to the supervisor the pace of civil contractor in order to make prior plan.
Liaise with the supervisor for the work completion inspection on time to avoid any clearance.
Ability to oversee the planning and implementation of the same with available resources
