Job Description Skills : Knowledge of the product and prior experience in Dynamics CRM testing. Understanding of feature like Business Units, Teams, Security Roles and modules like Sales, Service etc. Understanding of customization like Plugin, Custom Workflow Activity, Actions, JavaScript etc. Good knowledge in CRM Integration Testing. Understanding of features like BPF, Business Rules, Workflows, Dialogs, Field Level Security etc. Experience inworking in Agile Methodology. Ability to create Test Plans and testcases from the requirements. Good knowledge of test frameworks and testing life cycle. Good communication skills and strong work ethic. Responsibility : Interact with business and development teams on a regular basis to obtain requirement and design details. Review QA artifacts produced by the team to drive the quality of deliverables. Provide regular progress reports, status and metrics to management. Work with development team to create thorough and organized documentation for test cases by clearly articulating test objectives, steps, and expected results. Adhere to standard operating procedures and the collection of measures put in place to ensure consistency and improvement in testing software. Participate in project planning and design discussions Analyze and translate requirements and development stories into test scripts. Work with standard test automation methodologies and direct scripting and coding in Selenium as well as Visual Studio Design and implement Test Automation Framework using various frameworks such as Data Driven, Table Driven, Keyword Driven or Hybrid. Experiencein descriptive programming and automating applications even ifactual application is not available. Plan, develop and execute performance testing for various efforts.
