Knowledge in mobile banking applications, Knowledge in Card Management and ATM driving solutions, Good knowledge of Temenos T24 Core Banking System, Support channel & T24 environments and all related processes.
Understand Production issues, analyze, resolve within stipulated time frame and act as required.
