Job Title: Business Development Executive (Recruitment Agency)
Please note only candidates with previous experience working with Recruitment Agencies will be considered for this role. The role is target based and the candidate must have a proven track record.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who possesses experience in the field of recruitment and HR consultancy. Must have effective communication and negotiation skills and should be currently residing in the UAE.

Job Responsibilities:
- Research and acquire clients on a consistent basis through daily phone calls, e-mails, professional networking platforms etc.
- Search the labor market and identify potential clients.
- Conduct introductory meetings with corporates in order to secure businesses.
- Maintain strong relationship with clients and ensure high standards of service.
- Maintain healthy business relationship between the team internally, and between the team and the external clients.
- Prepare monthly business reports as assigned by the general manager.
- Conduct interviews and reference checks to ensure candidates fitness according to client’s requirements.
- Draft job descriptions, business contracts, and other related forms in coordination with the concerned parties.
- Update the team on the latest market trends and related country laws and ensure zero violation.
- Prepare business proposals, conduct researches, and participate in feasibility studies.
- Follow up with Finance Department to ensure proper records and statements whenever needed.
- Follow up pending payments and maintain high standards of confidentiality.
- Must possess 2 – 3 years of business development experience in the U.A.E within the recruitment industry
- Should be sales driven with an ability to research and sign new clients on a consistent basis through various modes like phone calls, e-mails, networking etc.
- Proven experience in acquiring clients for recruitment agency services
- Must possess valid UAE Driving License
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Gulf recruitment
- Should be presentable and have convincing skills
- Must have worked on a target based model with an excellent track record of achieving the monthly / quarterly & yearly targets.
