Administrative Coordinator
Job Description
Job Description We are looking for a female Admin Coordinator to undertake a variety of tasks relating to Procurement, Accounting & Finance operations. The role also involves purchase order preparation and other admin duties. Responsibilities: • LPO preparation for all requirements • Follow-up with banks / customer for payment • Gate Pass for Raw material and high value goods • Office Maintenance & Stock Inventory • Arrangement of Travel (Ticket, Hotel) • Submitting Credit Application Forms for approvals • Letters (Business, Requests, etc) • Support month-end and year-end close process • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed • Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process Requirements • Proficient in English language, both oral and written • B Com or equivalent bachelor degree • Relevant experience of at least 2-3 years • Computer literate (Office tools) • Working experience in SAP an added advantage
