Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations Degree preferredMinimum 4 years’ experience in FMCG sector or freight forwarding / logistics industry holding similar position and familiar with all shipping documentsGood understanding of warehousing, import/export procedures and distribution processesSoftware experience (JDE) preferredAbility to place service and quality at the centre of the business, making sure customer satisfaction is optimumEnergetic and proactive individual with strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle pressure and make decisions quicklyTeamwork / Motivational AbilityStrong English skills (written/spoken) are mandatoryGood command of MS Office
