Job Title: Supply Chain ManagerLocation: JeddahOnly Arabic OR French Speaker MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE
Demand & supply planning management Developing, improving, and using a sales forecasting tool.Defining the monthly order replenishment process with supply parameters.Organizing the distribution and transportation orientation with the supplier.Supporting Marketing; catalogue optimization.Managing rationalization campaigns and the quality of stocks (obsolete, damage, out of date, slow movers).Defining supply chain costs budget and preparing Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP).Liaising with various Regulatory Departments and Government Regulatory Bodies.
Distribution & stock management
Managing warehouses operation.Managing inventory operation.Monitoring action plan to optimize the stocks and achieve KPIs.Supporting the Commercial business (promotional events, animations, new opening shops, closing shops).Managing and monitoring the customer’s stock and returns process, financial impact and action plan.
Reports to: Finance Manager
