Job Description Minimum Qualification • Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills • 10 or more years of experience, including at least 5 years in core Petrophysics (operations and studies) Professional Certifications • Society of Petroleum Engineers International (SPE). • Society of Petrophysicists and Well Log Analysts (SPWLA). • American Association of Petroleum Geologists AAPG. Minimum Experience: 11 – 15 Years Designs and proposes formation evaluation programs using open and cased hole logging technology to optimize data acquisition strategy. Plans and supervises outsourced Petrophysical studies including preparation of scope of work (SOW) and managing the tendering process. Conducts detailed Petrophysical interpretation for all exploration, appraisal and development wells. Performs volumetric evaluation of Company’s hydrocarbon reserves. Provides Petrophysical support to ensure the field static and dynamic models undergo continuous improvement and accurately reflect our evolving level of reservoir understanding and uncertainty. Works with a multi-disciplinary team to evaluate target reservoirs and interpret Petrophysical data for use in updating static and dynamic field reservoir models.
