Job Description Client Name – Bank In UAE Position Name – Scrum Master Location – UAE Function (Agile) : 0-2+Years Domain (Banking/ Financial) : 5+ Years Overall Experience : 7 + Years Job Requirements The Scrum Master is responsible for coaching and coordinating Agile Delivery Squads to deliver solutions as efficiently as possible. At a team level, the scrum master is the central coordinator and fixer of all issues ensuring the Agile squad can deliver with minimal blockers. Although notable to fix all issues he will co-ordinate and own their resolution within the team. The scrum master must support the Product Owner in refining and grooming the Product Backlog to a level which is acceptable for the delivery squad to estimate and deliver. The Scrum Master will co-ordinate and plan all Scrum ceremonies and ensure the Agile processes are being followed.
