Principal ISI (In Service Inspection) Program Engineer

Job Description Specific Duties • Responsible for the development of the ISI program in accordance with ASME Section XI. This is performed through the review of PSI, review of P&IDs and interpreting ASME Section XI and development of ASME code compliant ISI programs. This includes Code Program Manuals, SAP PM instructions etc. • Job tasks include support for ISI planning, design impact reviews, verification of code compliance, and coordination of ISI activities, assessment of results and provision of code required engineering evaluations to ensure that the ISI activities meet ASME Section XI requirements. • Provide expert technical interpretations of ASME Section XI and programmatic requirements; develop actions or evaluation plans and criteria for a variety of complex ISI activities • Provides engineering recommendations and alternatives for solving ISI complex engineering problems • Make decisions independently on engineering problems and methods for the ASME Section XI ISI Program Specific Experience • At least 10 years direct experience direct performing and responsible as the plant ASME Section XI ISI program owner. • Demonstrated experience as the individual responsible for developing and implementing ASME Section XI ISI programs or ISI Code updates • Experience on Risk-informed ASME Section XI ISI applications • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing ASME Section XI system leakage test programs • Experience in ASME Section XI IW-3600 flaw evaluations • Experience and familiar with ASME Section XI Appendix VIII Qualification • Knowledge of ASME Section XI, ASME Section V and ASME Section III • Knowledge of ASME Section XI NDE methods Benefits & Compensation: • $10,000 – $16,000 USD per month (tax free) • Accommodation • Up to 3 months bonus per year • Meals • Transport • Health insurance (family) • Childrens Schooling Fees • End of service gratuity Required skills ASME XI ISI Nuclear
