Logistics Officer

Job Description We are looking for a Logistics Officer to undertake a variety of tasks relating to logistics & shipping. The role also involves coordinating and liaising with various authorities and compliance for smooth operations. Responsibilities: • Inter Company Invoicing • Co-ordination with/for: Procurement for SEA Import & GCC Import; Shipping company for LCL Import; Border Clearing; Security for LCL Shipment collection Transport & Shipping company for RM Import; Other companies for Grounded material Exchange; DPA for Grounded material collection; DPA for RM Import; GCC Customers for the Delivery tracking; GCC Customers Importer code renewal & GCC Customers Dubai Trade Subscription renewal; Local Transport Arrangements & GCC Transport Arrangements • Follow-up with transport company for the timely delivery • DO Collection • Making Payments in Shipping company for LCL Cargo collection • Customs related works ( Claims, Payments, Requests, Queries ) • Payments: Dubai Customs • Legalization Request payment, Making Legalization BOE • Dealing with Dubai Trade for all inquiry and requests • DPA Exit entry Submission & Collection • Non Remittance Claim Submission & General Documents Submission • Issuance of Local Gate Pass • Coil Import Inspection, Consumables Import BOE Passing & RM Import BOE Passing • GCC Invoicing • Inspection for GCC shipment • Internal Transfer BOE Passing & Internal Transfer Document Preparation • Knowledge of DPW documents and process • Export Sample Dispatch Document preparation We are looking for a Chief Accountant to undertake a variety of tasks relating to Accounting & Finance operations. The role also involves preparation of budget and compliance with all state and federal regulations at all times. ogistics Requirements • Graduate in any discipline, specialization in Logistics preferred • Prior experience in Manufacturing Industry • UAE Driving License required • 7-8 years proven experience in logistics or same field • Outstanding communication required: phone and email etiquette • Working experience of SAP preferred • MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel • Thorough knowledge of export-import procedures • Able to work independently and highly meticulous • Experience with invoicing and other shipment regulations
