Head of MOV & AOV Engineering Jobs

Job Description Responsibilities: • Provide technical supervision and support to ensure the effective establishment and implementation of assigned engineering programs i.e. In-Service Testing (IST), Snubber Inspection, , Motor Operated Valve (MOV), Air Operated Valve (AOV), Equipment Qualification (EQ), and GL 89-13 Heat Exchanger Management Programs • Ensure that programs are established to support operational milestones and high levels of safe and reliable plant operations are maintained. • Provide technical support to assigned engineering program resources to ensure that programs are ready for implementation. • Ensure the development of engineering, operational, testing, inspection, and maintenance programs. • Lead the development of policies, processes, procedures, arrangements, and activities to support assigned engineering programs at the plant. • Provide technical assistance to engineering personnel (Site and Plant). • Ensure that engineering resources are adequately planned and coordinated with plant personnel. • Ensure that engineering resources provide the required assistance to Plant and Engineering Programs personnel related to requirements for Final Safety Analysis Report and Non-Destructive Examination and Metallurgy in the form of NDE procedure development and review, metallurgical queries, component failures investigations and root cause analysis including review of plant design change proposals, 3rd party NDE vendor procedures etc. Requirements: • Degree in Engineering related science. Specialized Nuclear Engineering University Course • Professional or Chartered Engineer or equivalent is preferred • 4 years minimum related experience in MOV & AOV engineering • 1 year minimum in nuclear power essential • 2 years supervisory or management experience • This is a permanent direct hire position so it is essential you have the ability to relocate and live in the UAE either by self or with family full time Benefits • $15,000 $21,000 USD per month (tax free) • Up to 3 months bonus per year • Relocation allowance • Accommodation • Meals • Transport • Childrens Education allowance Required skills AOV Engineering MOV Nuclear Other Detail: Pay Scale: Age Limit: Salary: Tagged as: Inspire Selection jobs
