Job Description • Responsible for pick-up and delivery of documents/checks, transportation of staff, bank related duties, electricity, telephone and other admin related tasks. • Ensure all cars are maintained (fuel/air pressure/windscreen wash/oil levels always). • Drive safely always. In the case of accidents, follow the UAE police procedures and advise the manager immediately. • Ensure the safety of passengers always and ensure seat belts are worn at all time inside the vehicle. • Maintain the vehicle log for insurance, car registration and conduct necessary preventative maintenance checks. • Handling PRO duties • Handling the daily medical, visa issues of the employees. • Ensuring all works related to various free zones and immigration authorities.
